Serve over angel hair pasta
1 | pound | Tennessee Pride Country Sausage (hot) |
1/2 | cup | chopped onion |
2 | medium | zucchini, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced |
1 | jar (32 ounces) | marinara sauce |
Cook sausage and onion in large skillet until sausage is browned and onion tender; drain. Stir in zucchini and cook until crisp-tender. Stir in marinara sauce and heat through. Toss with freshly cooked pasta. Makes 6 servings.
